TB Joshua Building: IS it a controlled demolition Or Structural failure?

Guyz i know some of you, May be tired to read anything from TB Joshua. Without annoying anyone, i like to present to you some staffs regarding engineering. 

Today, i watched Emanuel TV: coincidentally i saw the difference between, the controlled demolition and the structural failures. I almost became convinced that; the collapsed of TB Joshua building is not simply a structural failures, as i thought it should. 

I've to admit that, I personally never saw any collapse building before today, Though i heard some news reporting about the collapsed Buildings in the various part of the world. 

The TB Joshua footage has convinced me that, The SCOAN Building is simply not a result of structural failures.
REASONS:

The structural failure; some parts of the building "MUST" remain intact(Without breakage), mean while the "Controlled demolition" leave no wall stands - only rubble remains, Like wise the TB JOSHUA Building left no Wall intact. hence i may say it is controlled demolition and not a result from shoddy construction. 

Hope there are more experts who can tell the difference between these 2 forms of "buildings collapse".

Juliet Ibrahim.............I Am Not Serving God 100%

Ghanaian actress cum singer, Juliet Ibrahim, in a recent TV interview, has disclosed that she is a spiritual person but has not been serving God 100% despite her upbringing from her church choir while growing.

She explained that at a point she planned on doing gospel music because of how devoted she was in church then, attending church service even on week days but ended up being an actress.

Juliet stated that she has not abandoned God because he made her who she is today, stressing that she was never born with a silver spoon, and has had several issues with her family.

Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor Must Step Down to Redeem his Image……..Rev. Chris Okotie

Since the $9.3M scandal which has been rocking the Nigerian government and the President of the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, whose private jet was used to convey the said money, tongues have continued to wag on the credibility of the christianhood especially of those that calls themselves men of God. After staying quiet to watch how the situation unfolds and the drama attach to the found money, General overseer of the House Hold of God Church, Reverend, Chris Okotie, has called on Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor to resign his position as the president. Okotie explained that Oritsejafor’s friendship with the president is not a crime but should have been done in a respectful manner which shouldn’t have affected the image of the Christian association. Here is his letter below; $9.3M SCANDAL: ORITSEJAFOR SHOULD DO THE RIGHT THING BY REV. CHRIS OKOTIE The recent seizure by the South African authorities of $9.3m found in a private jet owned by Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, President of the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, has aggravated the image problem of this country at a time when the narrative of this government is brimming with negatives under the leadership of President Goodluck Jonathan. The South African government took the action on the alleged charge that the undeclared $9.3m found in the plane might have been laundered. This revelation came when the dust generated by the seemingly dubious donation of the jet to Pastor Ayo is yet to settle. His friendship with the President has been at the centre of the controversies that mark his explosive tenure as the leader of the eponymous religious organization in Nigeria. Not that it is a sin to be the President’s Pal, but when such relationship becomes provocatively patronizing, or self-serving, it is unacceptable. The Pastor does not show restraint in the way he goes about, publicly hobnobbing with the President as if he is the Chaplain of Aso Rock. This certainly has compromised the integrity of his office as CAN President and this latest incident is just the climax of embarrassing incidents we can’t tolerate any longer. Considering the collateral damage Pastor Ayo’s close relationship with the President has done to the Christian community, it is fit and proper for the Pastor to resign immediately as CAN President to salvage what remains of the battered image of the association. This is without prejudice to the on-going investigation on the matter. Denials of his culpability by the Federal Government, CAN officials and his own recent defense, does nothing to reduce the moral burden this whole saga places on his shoulders. As the titular leader of Christians in Nigeria, there’s now a serious crisis of confidence on his leadership and he ought to respond to it by resigning from his exalted position. That is what the ecclesiastic responsibility of his calling as a gospel minister dictates, once he finds himself in a situation where his continued occupation of public office suffers a moral deficit, on account of any error of commission or omission. If one may ask: why should Pastor Ayo’s jet be the one that was chartered for this ill-fated transaction when there are numerous competitors in that business in which he is obviously a new player? It is very difficult to sustain the argument that a civilian aircraft is ideal to ferry weapons of war. A sitting President of CAN should never be involved in any way in the procurement of arms to fight insurgents like Boko Haram which claims Islamic principles in its war against the state. To do so is to expose Christians to more deadly attacks. To whom much is given, much is expected. The Pastor has the distinction of being the first and only person to occupy the posts of CAN President, and President of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, PFN, until recently when Rev. Felix Omobude succeeded him as PFN President. Pastor Ayo’s friendship with President Jonathan is perfectly legitimate and nobody should attempt to query such relationship. However, the Pastor opens himself to criticism of this otherwise normal social interaction because of his indiscretion in identifying too closely to the President, in a way that suggests a veiled endorsement of Dr. Jonathan’s policies and actions by the entire Christian community. He ought to have identified privately with the President knowing full well that he carries the mandate of the Christian community at these trying times. In a nation of contending faiths, Pastor Ayo literally ignores our divergent religious sensibilities as he sometimes gets himself involved in public quarrels with the President’s critics, from the muslim faith as well as in the opposition. Not all Christians are comfortable with this posture by their leader, especially at a time of intense politicking and the sectarian tensions generated by the Boko Haram insurgents and communal violence involving ethnic minorities with entrenched religious identities. The cumulative effect of Pastor Ayo’s abrasive leadership style has also polarized the Christian community as evidenced by the current unprecedented division in CAN. Before now, leaders of this organization deliberately stayed out of politics in keeping with the traditional stance of neutrality of the body vis-a-vis the policy postures of incumbent governments. In fact, former PFN leaders like the late Archbishop Benson Idohosa and ex-CAN President, Olubunmi Cardinal Okogie kept governments on their toes during their time. In more mature democracies, it is not unusual for public officers to resign from office when their actions appear to degrade their positions. And they would not have to wait to be found guilty in circumstances surrounding their actions before they throw in the towel. In other words, they could even be victims of circumstances; or in rare cases, subjects of blackmail. It didn’t matter. Once you are pelted in any way, you quit to protect the integrity of your office. That was the case of Dominic Strauss-Khan who resigned his position as the President of IMF because he was accused of molesting a maid in a hotel in the United States. He was eventually acquitted after a celebrated trial. The Prime Minister of South Korea, Jong Hong-won resigned because his compatriots were drowned recently in a chartered cruise ship which carried some students on a picnic. Just last month, the First Minister of Scotland, Mr. Alex Salmond resigned because he led his country’s failed bid to gain independence from the United Kingdom. Nobody asked him to resign; he did so of his own accord because he felt it was wrong to continue to run a country he launched on a part of an unsuccessful “secession”. If purely secular leaders could do this to affirm their integrity, Pastor Ayo should take the honourable path by leaving office, not necessarily because he is guilty as charged, but to restore honour to an exalted office he has unwittingly degraded because of his unabashed flirtation with the head of a government that is perceived as one of the most corrupt in the world. The Bible commands us to “flee from all appearance of evil”. Nobody says Pastor Ayo cannot do business; he could have been in order, if he does so as the Pastor of his Word of Life Bible Church, WOLBC. But since his private jet was involved in a transaction gone awry in a foreign land, while he is still the sitting President of CAN, it is difficult for him to continue to command the respect of Nigerian Christians of diverse denominations who constitute the CAN group, regardless of the defense his sympathizers and the Federal Government tried to put up on his behalf. If this incident had happened in Pastor Ayo’s capacity as the head/founder of the Word of Life Bible Church, no one could justifiably call for his head because the Bible teaches that the “call of God is without repentance”. In other words, regardless of the conduct of a servant of God, He does not remove them from office or withdraw their anointing. This is one of the mysteries of the gospel. The Almighty has a way of chastising his errant servants. But here, we are dealing with Pastor Ayo as the leader of CAN; the largest umbrella of Nigerian Christians. He is condemned to be judged by secular standards, which, in this case, demands that, having found himself in a quagmire which calls to question, the sanctity of his office, he must step down to redeem his image. The Pastor should quit the CAN post and return to his church where he could then recalibrate himself, away from this season of anomie. Rev. Okotie, a Presidential Aspirant, wrote from Lagos

Ebola Issue: Van Vicker Reveals.....My Family Have Been in Trauma

Handsome Ghanaian actor, Van Vicker, has discredited reports that he has been diagnosed with the deadly Ebola Virus Disease.

Reports went viral earlier in the week that the actor contracted the virus while he was out in Monrovia, Liberia’s capital shooting the sequel to the movie ‘Bendu Sudan’. While other reports on social media also suggested that the actor has been quarantined and denied access back to Ghana.

In order to clear his name, the actor has called on his fans to discredit such rumours as he is well and nothing of such took place. 

The actor stated that he was not diagnosed with Ebola and currently in Ghana and well. He shared his heart felt condolence to those infected with the virus especially Liberians, noting that he is working with the United Nations (UN) on the Ebola Response project.

According to him, his wife and kids were visibly traumatized by the story because they were both getting calls, which was very disturbing. Adding that he has begun the process to take legal action against publishers of the story.

Zenith Bank Creates Woes For Actor, Tchidi Chikere As He Loses 2 million Naira

Nemesis has continued to catch up with Nollywood actor cum director, Tchidi Chikere, as he has been thrown into sad mood by fraudsters who just escaped with his #2Million in a bank.

The father of two said his two million naira was stolen by money changers inside the bulk room of Zenith Bank, Marina 2. The actor who wanted to know the culprit through the placed CCTV cameras was shocked when he and the police on investigations discovered that the cameras inside the banking hall were not working.

He advised fans that whenever they are feeling secured in the bank, they should think twice, because most of the CCTV cameras in the banks are all crap.

Though, it is so devastating, but how come all the money charged by the banks which is in directive from the new Central Bank Governor who happens to be from Zenith bank, has not been used to maintain those cameras? Yet Nigerians were told that the charges were meant for the maintenance of the ATM machines and and other equipments in the banks.

This is indeed a big shame on a bank such as Zenith bank which clearly means that there is corruption even in a bank where people's money are kept for precautionary motives. But how come, Zenith bank cannot point out the staff that attended to the actor when he brought in the money and where is the teller which he used in paying the money? Wonders shall never end.

Stephanie Okereke Now Working With Queen Of England

Deletable Nollywood actress, Stephanie Okereke Linus is currently working with The Queen of England on a youth empowerment initiative. The Imo State born actress was recently chosen as the official spokesperson for the 2014 Queen of England’s “Queens Young Leaders Awards” campaign.

The dark and beautiful entertainer was specially chosen alongside revered South African Archbishop, Desmond Tutu for the global initiative.

Mrs. Linus disclosed that the Queen’s Young Leaders Awards seeks to discover, celebrate and support young people from every corner of the commonwealth nations by helping to transform their own lives and the lives of others around them.

“Exceptional young men and women aged between 18 and 29 who are taking the lead in their communities and using their skills to transform lives are invited to apply for a Queen’s Young Leaders Awards, in honour of Her Majesty The Queen,” she stated. “This will support winners to develop the amazing work they are already doing in their communities,” she said.

The actress is responsible for creating awareness in Nigeria for the initiative and equally hopes that Nigerian young people will apply in droves to win the awards.

Earlier this morning, we reported how a certain woman Folape Sokoya had accused beautiful actress Ronke Odusanya A.k.a Flakky Ididowo of snatching Femi Anibaba her husband of 12years and leaving her alone with three children.Read It HERE

The embittered mother of three also went to her facebook wall to disgrace the actress.

In a new development, Ronke Odusanya just issued a press release, narrating her own side of the husband snatching allegations.

She however didn't deny being in a relationship with him, but rather refuted the story of getting married to Femi. She also made it open that there are chances of being his Mrs. in future.

According to her, 'I knew Femi back in 2008 through a very close friend who was in America then and not through actress Liz da Silva as is being speculated.

When we met via phone, we got talking for while and I asked him what he does for a living and if he had a family,he told me he had children but was separated from his wife .

I asked him why he was separated and he said things didn't work out between them .we became friends and talked a lot on the phone and he always had time talking to me even very late American time.

Gradually we got very close and I even met with his mum and siblings who lived in Lagos then but I still had my doubts about him then cos we had not seen each other eye to eye before and some men cannot be trusted .

One day,I got a message on my Facebook from a lady called FOLAPE SOKOYA and she asked me "do you know anyone called FEMI ANIBABA" and I said yes "he is my friend" and she went on to say "please stop talking to him cos he is my husband and I'm carrying his third child " . I was very shocked and embarrassed, even though I had my doubts, I didn't expect that kind of story.

I immediately printed out the message and went to his people to show them and I called him and explained everything to him but he told me things were not going on well with both of them and asked me if I didn't wonder how he had so much time talking to me and that even if I called him anytime of the day he always picked my calls.

He said they both lived in the same house but each person minded his or her own business,when he was done I warned him never to call me again.

Later in May 2012 I was in America and I received a mail from him saying he heard I was around and he would like to see me that he had issues to discuss with me,I refused to see him and he went on to say he needed me more than anything because his wife had left him and taken the kids away too.I refused to see him and that was it.

When I got back to Nigeria he still called severally and then I decided to talk to him and he told me he would buy me a ticket to come to his house and see things for myself,later in September that same year I went to America and saw that she had truly left him and ever since we got talking again.

I AM NOT ENGAGED TO FEMI ANIBABA NEITHER AM I PLANNING TO GET MARRIED TO HIM.AS YOU READ THIS NOW WE ARE JUST FRIENDS I DONT KNOW ABOUT TOMORROW.

Please help me beg this woman not to rub my good name that I built over the years in mud . I did not snatch Femi Anibaba from her neither did I separate both of them,she is doing all this because she heard the marriage rumour and thought it is true and jumped in to use this opportunity to spoil my name without any evidence.

She should tell everyone the truth, this is my own version and the gospel truth. Heaven is my witness . Apart from musical talents, Most Nigerian artistes are blessed and annointed with the talents of drinking which is the more reason even in live video shoot, they are always seen with red plastic cup filled with alcoholic drinks.

There is no musical video in Nigeria where drink is served that you will not see them with red cup of drink on display if not glass cup of hotels.

Wizkid stated that whenever he hangs out with 2Baba, they love to have much drinks as they can. 

The two artistes, have been seen together especially after been revealed as this year’s Hennessy Artistry headliners.
